Rix Farms is the trading name of P.G. Rix (Farms) Ltd a family-owned agricultural business situated along the picturesque Stour Valley on the border of Essex and Suffolk.
With the recent addition of farmland in Norfolk. Our land spans approximately 2,400 hectares, dedicated to cultivating onions, potatoes, sugar beet and cereal crops.
We are committed to preserving and enriching the natural environment through the adoption of the best agricultural methods and integrated farming practices.
In addition to our farming operations, we actively engage in research and development initiatives aimed at prioritising crop growth, health, and environmental conservation.

Overwintered onion sets planted 2 weeks ago are slowly emerging. This will be the first crop harvested at the end of June to carry on the UK season. @stourgarden
